Ingredients
Rice – 2 cups
Water – 2.5 cups
Chinese Sausage – 2 strips (Sliced)
Chinese Bacon – 100g (Sliced)
Small Bok Choi – a few leaves
Spring Onion (Chopped – for garnishing)
Sauce
Water – 3 tbsp
Oyster Sauce – 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash rice and soak with 2.5 cups of water for 1 hour
- Cook rice with medium heat for 5 minutes
- Placed Chinese Sausages and Bacon on top of rice
- Turn to low heat and cook for 12 minutes
- Boil small bok choi while waiting for the rice to cook
- Prepare sauce – boil the sauce ingredients
- Place bok choi on rice and pour cause on it
- Garnish with chopped spring onion
