Rich in heritage, Yoshikawa is based out of Tsubame, Niigata, Japan, an area that is historically famous for the production of stainless steel. Using this regional knowledge, Yoshikawa started making household and kitchen items like pots and kettles in 1946. With their commitment to tradition and high levels of craftsmanship, the brand expanded it’s product and kitchenware range. Over the years, Yoshikawa has also developed cookware using materials other than stainless steel, including carbon steel and titanium with various heat treatments.
