Ingredients:
- Clams (Pipi) - 1 KG
- Dried Shrimp - 150 g
- Dried Chili - 5 (Sliced)
- Oil
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Curry Leaves - 20
- Ginger (Sliced)
- Garlic - 4 cloves (Sliced)
Seasoning
- Oyster Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Light Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 4 tbsp
Method
- Heat up Cookcell wok and oil.
- Add dried shrimps and chili. Fry until fragrant.
- Put curry leaves, onion, ginger and garlic into wok, follow by clams.
- Pour in seasoning sauce.
- Turn to medium low heat and close the lid for 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
