Ingredients:
Chicken Thigh - 4 pcs
Jasmine Rice - 3 cups

Method:
Marinade chicken with spring onion, ginger, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil and Shaoxing wine for half an hour
Add three cups of rice, 2.5 cups of chicken broth and lemongrass to the Buffalo Smart Cooker
Place chicken and mushrooms on rice
