Ingredients
- ½ chicken (cut into small chunks and pat dry)
- 1 brown onion (peel and diced onion)
- 1 packet king oyster mushroom (cut)
- 200ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp rice wine
METHOD
- Mix all seasoning and set aside.
- Add oil into inner pot. Select “Steam” function and adjust timing to 20 minutes.
- Add chicken and onion into pot. Saute chicken until golden brown on the surface and saute onion until soft.
- Add in seasoning and mix well. Add in water and close lid
- 3 minutes before cooking time completes, add in mushroom and continue cooking
- When cooking completes, dish is ready to serve.

洋葱味噌燉鷄肉
材料:
雞 半隻切塊
洋葱 1 個切丁
杏鮑菇 1包切丁
清水 200 毫升
調味料:
生抽 1 湯匙
味噌 1 湯匙
味霖 1 湯匙
米酒 1 湯匙
做法:
1. 將左右調味料攪拌均匀,備用。
2. 將 1 大匙油倒入内鍋,選擇【蒸煮】功能,設定20分鐘,熱油。
3. 加入鷄塊、洋葱,炒至鷄塊表面金黃,洋葱變軟。
4. 再倒入調味料翻炒片刻,加入清水拌均,鍋蓋蓋上。
5. 繼續燜煮至時間剩下 3 分鐘,打開鍋蓋,加入杏鮑菇,繼續烹煮至時間完畢。
