The patented Buffalo Clad features Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel that has no chemical coating. The multi-layered stainless steel also provides an even and rapid heat conductivity. As safety is important when cooking with high pressure, Buffalo’s pressure cooker is designed with 7 Safety Features. A German-designed gear interlocking system enables easy lid locking and unlocking, and ensures a tightly sealed lid during the cooking process. The Pressure Indicator alerts you when pressure is at its highest and makes depressurizing easier too. In case of an immediate pressure release situation, the emergency release valve comes in handy.
