Ingredients
Chicken pieces 600g
Pork belly (skinless; cut into pieces) 150g
Green apple (peeled; wedged) 2 apples
Ginger (thinly sliced) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Coke 1 can
Marinate:
Light soy sauce 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Ginger juice 2 tbsp
Tapioca flour 2 tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Marinate chicken pieces and pork belly for about 20 minutes.
2. Chooce "Steam" function and set timer to 30 minutes. Pour in oil. Saute ginger, garlic and pork belly in Smart Cooker until fragrant.
3. Add in marinated chicken, green apple and coke. Close lid.

材料:
鸡块 600g
五花肉(去皮;切块)150g
青苹果(去皮;切角)2個
姜(切丝)1 湯匙
蒜(剁茸)1/2 湯匙
油 1 湯匙
可乐 1 罐
腌料:
生抽 2 茶匙
老抽 1 茶匙
薑汁 2 湯匙
薯粉 2 茶匙
蠔油 2 湯匙
胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
麻油 1/2 茶匙
做法:
1.把鸡肉块与腌料混合搅匀腌约20分钟。
2. 启动万能锅,选择【Steam】功能,设时30分钟,把油,姜丝,蒜茸及五花肉爆香。
3. 把腌好的鸡肉块,青苹果及可乐放入万能锅内,盖上盖子即可。
